Great Plains Funding, LLC was established by its members Timothy L. Oyler and Stanley E. Oyler for the sole purpose of providing private money loans(also referred to as "hard money loans") to its real estate investor clientele. Great Plains Funding, LLC does not provide funding to any owner-occupied properties and limits its services to residential loans for the acquisition and renovation of existing properties.Great Plains Funding, LLC has over 20 years combined experience in the real estate industry. We currently service the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex and Oklahoma City area. We believe hard money loans are an important alternative for investors who buy and own real estate. As seasoned real estate professionals we understand the importance of quick closings and superior customer service. We have a range of financing options and can generally close within 10-14 days of receipt of application.
